[Global] Teal section isn't divided from the footer properly

Description: When the teal section goes right before the footer, it blends in with it without any distinctive divider.

Reverted the colour to the original one.

I did not realize it would be global for that module. Let’s leave the teal - I will create a ticket to design a better footer instead.

I can, but I don’t know what colour to change it to, as it’s unlike we always have on our sites from the fixes selection, I can actually set up any colour code from RGB. Please let me know what code to use here. I changed it like that on dev for now. Once I know the colour required, I will be able to change it on production as well. Thanks!

Also please keep in mind that it’s a global site change for the mentioned block. So all other pages that use this same block will be affected by it.
